Vishal Ram is a Consultant Psychologist (M.A. Clinical Psychology, Class of 2020) based in India, with over 5,000+ hours of individual therapy and 2,500+ hours of group coaching since 2020. He currently serves as Affiliate & Consultant Psychologist with multiple corporations, delivering therapy and coaching under an EAP framework for corporate employees.
Previously Technical Consultant - Counseling Psychologist at Truworth Wellness, he was embedded within Accenture India's Project META across eight departments nationally, designing and facilitating workshops on mindfulness, stress management, and burnout prevention. Earlier, as Senior Counsellor at iSchoolConnect Technologies, an AI-driven, Google Cloud-backed ed-tech company, he led counselling for university admissions, career planning, and personal development.
He has taught as Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Mumbai's College (Autonomous), covering undergraduate courses in Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Psychological Testing, and postgraduate courses in Personality Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Clinical Psychology Practicum. He has also organised national-level student training workshops on diagnostic skills and cognitive behavioural therapy.
His volunteering includes serving as a UN SDG #14 Global Volunteer in Sri Lanka's Leadership Development Programme (2023), alongside work as a psychologist volunteer for the Lisners.com Compassionate Listener Helpline and as a consulting psychologist for The Marriage Fit. He is the author of Everyone Made It, No One's Happy: A Psychologist's Guide to Why You Are Not the Problem, and his research on anxiety and job satisfaction among teaching staff has been published through Applied Research Publications.
